Warrior Wellness 1-Day Refresher!
Our 1-day refreshers are open to participants who have previously attended a weekend Warrior Wellness Retreats.
Open to veterans, active military, first responders, and their support.
These 1-day workshops serve as a day for you to come back and focus on yourself.
We will offer 1-2 group pieces (archery, project, sound bath, equine activities, nature walk, discussions). You will also have the option to pre-schedule individual therapy services for that day that can include Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and/or Eye Desensitization Movement Reprocessing (EMDR).
