Join us for Warrior Wellness Project Group!
This group is open to veterans, active military, first responders, and their support.
Held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
Begins at 5:00 p.m.
Each week there is a themed project/activity.
Recharge yourself through creative expression while focusing on mindfulness, self-awareness, letting go, emotional regulation, grounding, growth, identity, and more.
